I have just been diagnoised with type 2 diabetes, and i am pretty scared,
but i am sure there are othersout there that will put me at ease

Hi recyclequeen, welcome to the forum!🙂 It can be a shock when you get diagnosed. Take your time to get to know the basics and 'don't panic' - there are plenty of new friends here who know exactly how you feel and will be able to help you, so ask away🙂
 
Hi recyclequeen welcome tot he forum i myself at type 2 i was very scared at first i found this place within a week or diagnosis and ive enver looked back its a tonic being in here , have yourself a browse x
