Welcome to the forum @Paul1953 . I am sorry to hear of your diagnosis but Pleased that you have found us. We have a few Type 3c on here and they will be able to help you through this.I will tag @eggyg

There are many similarities between the different types of Diabetes, and there is a wealth of experience to tap into on here. If you are happy to do so, it will help us if you tell us how you manage your diabetes so that we can give appropriate advice.

Whatever questions arise, just ask. Nothing is considered silly on here.

Sorry to hear about all that you've been through, must be a lot to take in at the moment.

We've got a lot of info on type 3c so feel free to search the site and have a look around. Let us know if you have any specific questions or concerns.
 
Good luck with chemo treatment Paul, you live on wonderful island mate with great people, stayed there in early 80s to watch TT races, fond memories.

Best of luck with the chemo Paul from a fellow Manxie, (just one that got away and moved across)

The forums is a fantastic place to get some practical and also emotional support and just to get to know other folks who understand at least the diabetes side of things without having to explain it every time.
