Welcome to the forum Mobo. Rough time.
I take it you've list insulin production and will need to inject. What are you using? When and how much? There are plenty of people on here who take insulin who can advise on that. (I've limited idea on that myself.)
Is there anything in particular you want to know?

It’s @pottersusan not @Pumper_Sue who has had a TP. She’s very rarely on the forum now.
