I have been a Type 1 diabetic since a teenager and now have Coeliac disease also, and am finding it very difficult to lose the weight gained since. Is there anyone else in the same boat or who can advise me please? Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Wouldn't low carb be of use? Not a lot of gluten in meat and veggies.
