Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
I was diagnosed with type 2 about 4 years ago. Although I'm not totally new to it, I learn new stuff about the condition all the time.

Hi Pam Welcome. I've been playing this game since the mid 90s and am still learning, so you're not alone.
Feel free to ask questions.

Welcome to the forum, Pam LeCheminant. Do start answering questions and we'll do our best to answer. There are specific sections for Exercise, Food and Weight Loss. Of course, dealing with type 2 diabetes is all about integration of all 3, plus medication, if needed, so sometimes General Message board is more appropriate.

Hello to Pam.

Welcome Pam. Fire away with the questions there are always people here that can help
