Hello to everybody, just been diagnosed with type 2 after finally getting my weight loss cause diagnosed . From what the nurse told me my reading was 24 for a norm of 6 - 10. All the info is a bit confusing so I'll be posting on the food section as to what I can and cant eat as I've always been a bit fussy

Hi baz, and welcome to the forum, I’ve just replied on your cereal query thread (just in case anyone else sees this post and is thinking along the same lines, ie Type 1 or LADA)

Welcome to the forum @baz1797

Sorry to hear about your diagnosis.

Hope sharing your experiences and asking questions of forum members will soon help you get a handle on things 🙂

Fire away with any questions, we have literally centuries of lived diabetes experience between us, and nothing will be considered too obvious or ‘silly’ 🙂
