I am really finding it hard to keep of the food I sould not eat and I put more weight on and I am start to get down and I don’t no we’re to trim I got a sorteted girlfriend but I feel I let her down

Medication, your latest HbA1c result, what foods you are struggling with, do you
finger prick test and how often if you do? This will allow members to be able to help
you with your Diabetic journey.

Have you discovered any BG friendly snacks or treats you can turn to when you get tempted? Are there any hobbies or interests you can dive into to keep yourself focussed?
