No bit quesy but lost 2.5 kilos in a week and appitite suppresed !

Sounds like a really good initial weight loss there. If you're just starting out though be aware that quite a bit of that loss will just be water. You may find that things slow down a bit in the weeks ahead.

Anyway, we have a little weight loss section in the forum where you can get much needed support should you need it!
