Hi, and welcome to the forum. A diagnosis of 'at risk' is often considered to be a wake-up call to review things like diet, exercise and weight in order to prevent progression to diabetes itself. How did you come about being diagnosed and have you been given any advice by your GP on what you need to do?

Were you told the result of your HbA1c check that led to your being put at risk of diabetes?

This is usually a number between 42-47mmol/mol.

Knowing how close you are to the diagnostic threshold can give you a clue as to how significant the tweaks and changes are, that you might want to consider making?
