Hi and welcome from me too.
Can you tell us a bit about how you came to your Type 3c diagnosis? I am assuming you have some sort of damage to your pancreas.
You mention in your other post that you are just recovering from DKA (Diabetic KetoAcidosis) and have been moved from Lantus to Humulin 3 mixed insulin. Was any particular reason given why they changed you to a mixed insulin.
You also mention that your BG levels are very high still in your other post. How high and have you been given advice about increasing your insulin doses or is the nurse contacting you regularly to discuss your levels and suggest dose adjustments?
Do you have a Constant Glucose Monitoring system (CGM) like Libre or Dexcom or are you just finger pricking to get readings at the moment?
Do you have Creon or other pancreatic enzyme supplement prescribed to take with meals?
Managing diabetes with insulin has a steep learning curve in the early days/weeks/months and Type 3c can be particularly tricky. The more info you can give us about your situation the more people will be able to relate to your situation and give you more appropriate input.
I will tag a few regular Type 3c members, who will no doubt be along to say hello and compare notes.

In the mean time, if you can provide a bit more detail about your diagnosis ie how long you have been diagnosed with diabetes, what problem you have experienced with your pancreas to make it Type 3c and if you are using Creon, that will all help.
