Did you miss me?
I have to confess that i've not been very good i keep foregetting my injections and other meds so now im back online im hoping to get a swift kick in the bum from you guys anyway all is as well as can be with me at the mo so i hope life has been kind to you all.
Right off to do some reading to catch up with what you have been up to.

Of course we missed you! Glad to see you back - now get back on track young lady, no more missing injections! I'll be watching via the webcam to make sure you are behaving 😉 Goodness, that's over 3,000 webcams I'm having to monitor these days!
