Hello @Gch

Welcome to the forum.

It sounds like you are in a difficult place.

You are important. You matter. You are valuable. Please contact the Samaritans on 116 123 who will give you a safe place to talk about what you are going through.

For more diabetes related one-to-one support you can call the Diabetes UK careline during office hours Call: 0345 123 2399 *, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm

Gch please contact us to let us know how you are- there is nothing that is insurmountable- I know how you feel as I have been there and am so glad I got in touch with the Samaritans because there is so much to savour and enjoy. X

There's some sound advice here about contacting 999 and the Samaritans. We hope you are ok after last night, and will private message you to see how you are doing.

Hopefully you have already called 999 and getting the help you need. Also call the Samaritans, I know depression is hard and sometimes we don't want to carry on, but they really will listen to you without judging.

Please let us know how you are.
