Anyone ever had a frittata? how much potato is there generally? just saw a frittata on Asda website claiming to be 9.9g carbs per baked frittata, can this be true?
A fritatta does not have potato in it. It is basically a crustless quiche. If Asda one has potato in it, then its a Spanish Omlette & they have it labelled wrong.
I make my frittata's with no potato & a tablespoon of mayo in the batter...... It's so easy to make that I wouldn't bother getting one from the supermarket, just throw any veggies you like into it.
