Welcome to the forum, It sounds as if you have made a start to cut some of the carbs out of your diet but there are other big hitters on the carb front. All bread (not just white), breakfast cereals, rice pasta, tropical fruits as well as the obvious cakes and biscuits, pastry and sugary drinks including fruit juice.
If the low carb approach is one you fancy then this link may help you find a way forward with some changes to your menu. https://lowcarbfreshwell.co.uk/
The main DUK site also has some meal plans with different approaches.
Remember it is all carbohydrates which convert to glucose so reducing your intake is needed if Type 2. There is no reason why with dietary changes you shouldn't be able to reduce your HbA1C but whatever way you choose has to be enjoyable and sustainable and really has to become a new way of eating for life otherwise people will be back to square one.

Welcome @diabetic How high is your blood sugar? Do you know your last HbA1C?
my last HbA1C A MNTH AGO WAS 62 IT HAD GONE UP FROM 50 12 MONTHS BEFORE MY BLOOD SUGERS TODAY WERE BREAKFAST 10 AFTER LUCH 8 THEN 7 ABOUT ANN HOUR AGO MY CONCER IS ON MY LAST RETINAL EYE SCREENING I HAD SIGNS OF DAMAGE INSTEAD OF GETTING CHECKED YEARLY IM GETTING 3 MONTHLY SO IM GETTING CONCERED ANY ADVISE

Many do get a letter following their eye screening saying there is some background retinopathy but then at the next check it is fine.
The best thing you can do is to try to reduce your blood glucose, the levels you post are not too bad but your breakfast is higher than desirable if it is a 2 hour post meal reading.
What did you have for breakfast as it looks as if it is too high in carbs for you to tolerate. Some people are more sensitive to carbs early in the day and find a low carb breakfast works better for them. Something quite a few people have is full fat Greek yoghurt and berries with a very small portion of a low sugar granola or low carb cereal or eggs in any shape or form with maybe tomatoes, mushroom, bacon and a single piece of toast if you can tolerate bread which some people can't.
