Hi and welcome.

How long have you been diagnosed with diabetes and are you on any medication for it?
Do you know your most recent HbA1c result.... this is the blood test used to diagnose and monitor diabetes and will usually be a number in excess of 47 if you have a diabetes diagnosis. This gives us an indication of where you are on the diabetes scale and knowing this information would help us give more appropriate advice.

Are you looking for dietary advice? If so, it is helpful to know if you have much/any weight to lose as well as your HbA1c and medication.

The more information that you can give us, the better we can relate to your specific situation and make more appropriate suggestions.
