Hello, please can I ask for advice, im type 2 and trying to control with diet as I’m not good on the medication, I work in a primary school, I have my breakfast at 7.30am but I don’t get my lunch break until 1pm and by this time I’m struggling, I don’t get a morning break but need snack ideas that I can sneak out of my pocket when I need them but it can’t have nuts, and it gas rove low calorie, any suggestions appreciated
