I changed the batteries in my glucomen aero2K for the first time and I don't know how to change the time . Please help

Instructions are on pages 36-37 of the manual: https://www.glucomen.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/glucomen-areo-2k-manual.pdf

(Unlike many devices (like the Libre reader) I think I wouldn't be able to work out how to do it without the manual, and it does look a bit fiddly.)
