help with diasend

hey , my name is sarah and im a type 1 diabetic. ive had diabeties for 4 years now and i have the freestyle libre2 . im about to get my pump but i need to upload my ketones to diasend. y problem is it says its worked.but no matter what it wont show mrresults. any help aprecciated

How exciting to hear that you are about to get your pump. Which one will you be getting.

Many of the clinics have a variety of systems of downloading data so that you can share this with them. I know that Diasend have recently changed their systems and some systems are no longer able to use this, however it might be worth asking your clinic what system they use for sharing data with the specific pump you will be getting. I have switched from using Diasend to one that is set up specifically for my pump, which the clinic has access to.

You mention about uploading ketones to your data. Are Ketones an issue for you often?
I know that one advantage of Diasend was that it collated the data from different things And you could add in manual entries. The important thing is that you are able to share with your team what is happening.
It must be hard for the clinics to sort out what is used by different people but they are used to this. Just ask.
