Help with diabetic retinopathy research

Hi members,

My name is Lee, I'm a researcher at Moorfields Eye Hospital and University College London.

I'm hoping to get some help from people with diabetic retinopathy on a new survey we've launched about their attitudes towards eye care and their experiences using eye care services. There is opportunity to enter a prize draw at the end of the survey.
