Hi ROb. Welcome 🙂

FOr a diabetic, the usual reason for mucle loss is due to constant high blood sugars causing the body to become ketotic and fuel itself firstly by burning fat, then muscle. This is because the body can burn these without insulin.

You need to see your GP to eliminate any other reasons for it of course.

Are you on any meds and when were you diagnosed?

Rob

Can't add anything, but do see your doctor to rule everythig out. I hope it gets sorted for you.
