I always take my lantus at 22:00 or maybe 5/10 mins either side.
Went out last night and forgot to take it with me in my handbag so had no option but to take it at 02:00am!
What do I do now? I like to take it at my time of 22:00 atm.

I don't think it will be a problem taking it tonight at your normal time. I've done the same in the past (when I was on lantus!) and although there is obviously a slight overlap it's probably not significant as your injection from 2am would be largely expired by 10pm 🙂

You might want to test in the night to be on the safe side to check you have not gone low.

Thank you and thanks for replying so quickly 🙂 panic over!
