Long time since I posted last, wee health scare has given me much needed kick to get back to good habits.

I am veggie, work full time, not the best but a passable basic cook but often lack motivation to do so but sometimes will batch cook.

Can’t eat very spicy food.

Previously it was eggs eggs eggs and I got soooo sick of them so please hit me with recipe/meal/snack ideas that will fit my lifestyle.

I really struggle to know how to replace/do without carbs and not end up starving and therefore caving into bad habits again.

I need something sustainable and relatively easy please?

Also struggle with eating out as most menus are carb heavy.

Thank you

Welcome back.
Have a look at the veggie meal plan and recipes in this link which is a low carb program based on the suggested no more than 130g carbs per day. https://lowcarbfreshwell.com/
Replacing carbs with healthy fats and protein will help stave off the hungry feeling but as you cut the carbs you will crave them less.
Do you eat fish as there are options there if you do for variety.
I use edamame bean or black bean pasta as it is low carb.
There seems to be more veggie options on eating out menus but you can usually ask for extra veg or salad or coleslaw instead of potatoes or rice and have a veggie burger without the bun.
