The way health services are organised is important in ensuring that people with diabetes get the support they need when they need it.

Diabetes UK and Kings College London are conducting a project to explore the way health care for people with diabetes is organised. The project hopes to report on what is currently happening across England as well as what might be done to improve current diabetes care.

We are asking people with diabetes or those who are connected to people with diabetes to take 20-30 minutes to complete a short on-line survey to tell us their views on:

?The educational support available for people with diabetes;
?The support available to people with diabetes to help them make day-to-day decisions about their diabetes;
?The organisation of diabetes care.

The survey can be completed by visiting the following link -
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=DYoM2_2f_2fJe_2fekcC7_2fjNYlEQ_3d_3d

The survey is completely anonymous and will be open until the 27th November.

The project is funded by the National Institute for Health Research (via the SDO) and is supported by NHS Diabetes.

Completed mine too!

I hope that people will take notice but I'd need to be convinced.

Not exactly a comments section, Sofaraway, but you can write whatever you like in the last box about the single thing you'd like to change.
