I'm having real issues with controlling my starchy food intakes as all gluten free products are a lot higher in levels. Do any of you have some tips that could help me ?

I bought a loaf of Be Free gluten & wheat free bread from Tesco (reduced to clear). Only 9g carb per slice. It's not cheap full price though. £3!😱

Be Free do nice wraps too. Sweet potato ones are lovely. They do Chia ones, wholegrain ones and another I forget. Only around 13 carbs each so quite good especially when filled with good stuff

Hi Rachel, the lowest carb bread I have found is warburtons seeded farmhouse http://www.newburnbakehouse.com/products/supermarkets/seeded-farmhouse-loaf obviously not to everyone's taste 🙂

What starches in particular are causing a problem for you?
Thank you for the suggestion ,
in fact that's one of the brands and the type of bread I always have the others are : BE free and MS brown seeded. I don't like white bread never have.

I try to reduce potato , rice along with corn in all forms. But it's very hard as they are all used in GF substitutes. Have been able to work out the main course.
