Hi @Cardiastar and welcome to the forum from a skinny Type2 who is in remission.
Ask questions if you have any and tell us if you are on any diabetes medication .

Forxiga is a brand name for dapagliflozin which is an SGLT-2 inhibitor. It makes you pee out glucose in your urine and so can have side effects related to the urine tract.
Metformin is the standard T2 Diabetes medication and can have digestive system side effects, so many take an extended release version of it.

How are you getting on with your medication? Are you dieting or reducing the carbohydrates in your meals?

Welcome to the forum @Cardiastar

How long have you been on the Forxiga? Is it working well for you so far? Has it helped to improve your blood glucose levels?
