Hello. Welcome to the forum!

Welcome to the forum, I read your name as sportylegs.
Would you like to say a bit more about your diagnosis and what your HbA1C is as that really helps people make suggestions.
Have you made any dietary changes to help reduce your blood glucose.?
Have a look at the Learning Zone for lots of information also this link might help with a way forward on making dietary changes. https://lowcarbfreshwell.co.uk/
Please do ask any questions.

I'm just a frequent forum user/contributor 🙂

This place keeps me sane during the working day so I'm in and out most days but I'm not here in any capacity other than a chatterbox!

Hi Spottylegs, welcome to the forum.

Glad that you've found us as it can be really helpful to have support along your diabetic journey.

Sorry to hear about your experience with Metformin but hope your new meds will do the job.

Do let us know if there's anything we can help with no matter how big or small.
