Welcome to the forum. Tiredness is one of the symptoms of high blood glucose so what is your management like. But it can also be a number of other things like Vit B12 deficiency, anaemia or other conditions so worth getting your GP to check you out with some blood tests to rule out those things.
Thank you for your reply, my blood sugar is well under control. My diet is maybe a bit obsessive in that I am very careful of what I eat. Since diagnosis I have lost 3 and a half stones. I have blood test every 3 months but I am not sure if includes Vit B12. Worth a try. Many thanks
Some tiredness is common in life, but to continually feel fatigued and exhausted doesn’t seem right.
As @Leadinglights suggests there are many potential causes (hypothyroidism being another to add to the list), so it would be well worth booking a phone appointment or e-consult with your GP surgery to see if you can get to the bottom of things.
Hope you manage to regain your zip and zest soon.
