Hi first time on here I’ve just bought my first testing kit Free Style Libre
Done my very first reading just after my dinner ( didn’t realise not best time ) it’s come back at 14.2 this sounds a bit alarming. Any advice outthere ?

How long after dinner was the test and what did you have for dinner? It tells you that either your blood sugar was too high before dinner, or your dinner made your blood sugars go up too much. Are you using the continuous sensor or pricking your finger to test?

You say libre, as in sensors? If so always worth double checking against bg reading from finger to see if libre is reading accurately, they can be bit out at higher bg levels.
