At risk of diabetes
Hi all , new to the forum and would like to get to kow you all.Prediabetic . Hoping to get this under control.

Hi kanupriy_khatri,

Welcome to the forum. It's great to get a grip on things when you're prediabetic as many have been able to turn things around with early intervention.

Please feel free to share a bit more about yourself, how you got your diagnosis and any questions you may have as we're always happy to help.

There's a vast amount of useful info on the forum so do have a look around.

Welcome to the forum @kanupriy_khatri

When were you told you were at risk of diabetes? And what advice have you been given so far?

Can you remember the result of your HbA1c - likely to be a number between 42 and 47. Knowing where you are to begin with can help you understand how significant the changes you may need to make.
