Been diabetic since 1988, taken it's toll this year, looking to go for a gastric sleeve in 10 weeks, anyone had any experience

No experience of a sleeve or anything similar but I just wanted to say Hello and Welcome @Dawny9 🙂

Welcome to the forum @Dawny9

How do you manage your diabetes? Have you needed different treatments and medications over the years?

As a form of weight-loss surgery, I think gastric sleeve is more commonly used to try to help people with T2 diabetes.

Is this something that you are having done on the NHS? Or are you going privately?
