Welcome to the forum Khush Khan from a fellow T2.

I have been Type 2 since 2005 and it’s a new learning curb every few months.
Hello Kush kan, and welcome to the forum,
I don't understand why you say it's a new learning curve every few months since you don't appear to be on insulin.
If you were, then I could understand the difficulty of setting the Bolus right by counting the Carbs you were expecting to eat and then having to correct afterwards for any mis-match.

As a T2 we only really have 3 decisions to make and then its just a case of following that path:
1. Do we want to try to control our diabetes or not? - Because some don't care about the possible complications due to bad control.

2. If we do want to control it, do we just want to use continuously increasing medication (eventually Insulin), or not?

3. If not we have to decide if we want to go Low Carb, or to starve ourselves with a VLCD? There are no other alternatives, since exercise alone can't burn off enough Carbohydrates.

Are their any particular problems you are having.
I see you are on Metformin, I hope it is not causing you any of the digestive tract problems it is famed for.

The best thing we T2D's can do regarding Covid-19 is to keep our BG under control, get enough exercise and sunlight and try to stay as metabolically healthy as you we can.
It's those with Metabolic Syndrome who have the most to fear.

Welcome to the forum @Khush khan

Yes every day is a school day with diabetes! As times change pir diabetes can change too, as can the ebb and flow of hormones and how our organs respond.

If you are having problems finding your way around the forum, and how it works you might find this thread helpful 🙂
