Hello and welcome to the forum.
The menopause is a pain bs wise to deal with so you have my sympathy. If you have Addison's that shouldn't be a problem as the replacement steroids fix the problem, same as the under active thyroid once on the right dose you should be back to normal 🙂 Let me know when you find normal 🙂

Hi. I've recently joined the forum also. Type I for 37 years. Used to run, cycle, swim. Not now. Diagnosed with underactive thyroid, endometriosis, gastro paresis, gastritis, osteoarthritis and just to put the tin lid on it, now lupus. Bugger!! Currently just trying to walk to get the weight back down. Injections for endometriosis have put me into menopause. It's good fun eh? Thing is though, you still need to see the funny side of life. I tell myself to hang on in there and look for the good things in my life. I can't tell you things will get easier but you will adjust and you will cope. I've felt better just reading some posts and realising I'm really not alone. There's always someone here that knows exactly how you feel. Just reach out 😉
