Hello, I've joined up to get some Diabetes info, because my Father (aged 77) has had type 2 diabetes since his early 40's.

Thank Guy

Hello Guy,
You will find loads of information here to help you to understand diabetes more and hopefully supply your father. Do ask any questions you might have :D

Read info aimed at the newly diagnosed so you can get to know how each aspect relates to this that or the other. However if your dad seems to need some help now - try asking on here about it while you're reading starting at the beginning. Don't worry about getting the terminology right before you ask cos any number of us are pretty good interpreters as well as knowing what's right and what doesn't sound as if it is! 🙂

No question is regarded as silly on here either.
