Hello and welcome from a T2.

i would like to know which blood analysis do you usually do in order to control weight, sugar?
I don't do any blood or analysis anything for weight. I've not heard of anybody doing that.
For blood glugcose (BG), there's two tests.
1. HbA1c. This is an average of the blood glugecose over the 2/3 months before the blood is taken. Many of use have this done by the GP practice. Blood is taken from the arm. It might be done 3, 6 or 12 months apart.
2. Self testing/Finger prick test (I don't know what else to call it). It shows what your BG is at that moment. This you would take several readings a day yourself. It will show what effect food, and any changes you make, have on your levels.

imagine my doctor gave me a diet where i had sugar levels rise to 400
Ugh. I'm not sure the system used here even goes that high. I know there's a couple of different ones used. On ours, 100 would be a serious problem.

Hi Maryam - could you tell us please, what brand(s) of insulin you have been put on, as we aren't familiar with what is and isn't available in your country. What information have you been given about adjusting insulin doses to cope with different foods?
