Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi, I have been diagnosed as Type 2 diabetic for almost 3 years although I believe I have been diabetic for much longer. It was only a compulsory checkup when registering with a new doctor after moving house that I discovered this.

I'll shortly be asking a question. Just need to check the boards to work out where it needs to go first.
