Hello guys I'm Gary am a 24 year old diabetic have had it for 19 years 6 months and thought it would be nice to get to know others that are diabetic as well fell free to get in contact Gary x 🙂
 
Hi Gary, welcome to the forum 🙂 What sort of insulin regime are you on, and how have things been for you growing up with diabetes?
 
Hi im on 4 jag per day nova rapid and lantus with a 1:1 ratio. Growing up with diabetics has been ok I suppose have ups and downs like every one has but getting there now as I'm getting my Hbc in control so all is well Gary xx :D

Good to hear 🙂 Only been diagnosed 4 years myself but we have lots of members who have a similar history to you so you'll have a lot in common. I was on the same insulins as you, but am a bit weird because I've been able to stop injecting my lantus since about 2 months ago. Still need the novorapid though!
