Hello

Hello and welcome to the forum. You will find a lot of suggestions and lots of, as it says in the label, support here. All you need remember are two things when posting a question - the more information that you give in your question, the more focused the replies can be; the answers are not from medical advisors but they do rest on a wealth of experience you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else. I should also add that, sometimes, some answers do seem to present a confusing array of advice that seems conflicting but that is because they represent the individual experiences of members. There is often no single "right" answer because each person has their own unique response to the condition.

Hi @nicke1uk and welcome to the forum
As @JimG has said the more information you are will to share, the better and more focused the help and advice will be.
Just ask any questions you wish

Alan 😉
