Is this something you’ve found out fairly recently?

Have you been given any suggestions to reduce your risk by your GP or nurse?
 
Hello there @Nat555 and welcome to the forum.It's a worrying moment when you told you're at risk of developing diabetes whether it be T1D or in your case T2D.Did you find this out recently and has your GP or nurse offered any advice on how to reduce your risk?
