I’m new to Diabetes ,i wold like some help with meal ideas please
Hi, and welcome to the forum. That's often the first question that's asked. It will depend to some extent on what your HbA1c was when you were diagnosed, as that will determine whether you just need to tweak your diet or make more radical changes. Do you know your result?

In addition to what Martin said, also helpful if you could provide details about your current diet. Food you can and can't eat, diet preference and type of food you normally have.

There's a thread call food with photos which has some good ideas of what people are eating and photos too, and a recipe and meal ideas in the learning zone.

Hi @Lizzieno1 and welcome to the forum!

I agree with what Martin and notmez have said - any advice would be very dependant on any medication you take, pre-existing conditions, your HbA1c and even personal preferences. There's no 'one size fits all' when it comes to these things, however there are a lot of good ideas and advice floating about in the forum's 'Food' category. Our website also holds some meal plans and recipes however even these will depend on 'what you're going for'.
