Hello, after not looking after my health I am now cooking at home using recipes from diabetes uk website. So far enjoying it. Certainly not eating all of the food that I was. Eating better and not nearly as much as I was. Waiting for my next weight check but having a work mate say I’ve lost weight means so much. Here’s hoping that my next bloods show a difference

Hello chez53 welcome to the forum
I have only joined recently myself but found a lot of useful information and that diabetes symptoms and solutions come in all different flavours just like people. Good luck with your new eating plan

Welcome to the forum
Congratz on the weight loss, it is a nice confidence booster when people notice isn't it 🙂
