Hello everyone. Just joined and hoping to turn things around by doing so. Looking forward to positive interaction and fresh ideas from this forum. Have a. Wonderful weekend.

Welcome to the forum. Would you like to say a bit about your diagnosis, what your HbA1C is and if you are on any medication. What dietary approach are you trying. People will have lots of suggestions but what is appropriate will depend on knowing a bit more about your situation.
Not everybody manages their condition in the same way which you will see if you read around the forum.

Hi @Elvasmum and welcome to the forum!

Do have a nosey around - the users here hold a lot of information around different topics when it comes to diabetes management, so I'm sure you'll find something to pique your interest. And if you're unsure about anything at all - ask away! Lots of people here with various experiences so someone is bound to have an answer!

Hi! I've just become a type 3c diabetic and now in the boat as yourself, still trying to come to terms with it and still shocked. If you feel the same, that's quite normal I'm told. I'm sure there will be lots of traumas and struggles, but we will both face it, we will get through it. By that time, we will hopefully manage the condition, in a positive way.
All the best to you!!
