A warm welcome from me, too. Some prefer the term 'at risk of diabetes' because there's an implication in the term 'pre-diabetes' that diabetes itself is inevitable. As @Leadinglights says, that doesn't have to happen. There are lifestyle changes around diet, exercise and (if needed) weight loss that can turn things around. Many of us have been actually diagnosed with T2 but by making those changes have dropped our blood glucose levels back into normal range.Hi im Roz,
