Newbie to the group. Very excited to be here. I am type 2 (6years now) and often feel alone. I have a daughter and sister who are type 1 but they experience different issues than I do

Hi Nanette 🙂 welcome to the forum

Welcome to the forum @Nanettej 🙂

How have you been getting on over the past 6 years? Do you take any medication to help with your blood glucose management?

Are there any things you particularly struggle with, or have found work particularly well for you?

It’s great to have a bunch of others facing the same struggles every day to get alongside you and encourage you when things are tough, or share your little BG and self-care wins.

Feel free to ask any questions you have - nothing will be considered ‘silly’. Or just use the forum as a place where you can let off steam about the frustrations of BG juggling among folks who instinctively ‘get it‘ 🙂
