I’ve registered here to help my husband with his recently diagnosed type 2. He’s not on meds and we want to keep it that way. Any foodie help will be greatly appreciated, his nurse says he’s doing good and we want to keep it that way. We think, taking his diet etc into consideration that the only other thing he can do is more exercise, but, he’s not a gym bunnie at the age of 76. We do walk, so will be trying to up that somewhat. We’re never going to be do marathons though but trying to walk 6 days a week for at least 45 mins. Usually a bit longer.
