Hello Felinia. This is what I was cooking in my slow cooker it hasn't finished yet as it still needs to cook slow but I am over the moon with it. Even my neighbours have said what's that lovely smell that's drifting down the close steps. Check out the photos

Thank you Felinia I have ordered some slow cooker books today to help me to start cooking right for me instead of living off of junk food all the time. I did have a actifry but rushing about in my kitchen and not watching what I was doing I knocked it off my work top and broke it. Maybe I will save up for another one as I could do with it now I miss my air fryer and my onion rings in batter. I would love to learn how to cook fish properly and hopefully my slow cooker might help me.
