Hopefully someone directly from DUK will be along soon and able to answer, Did you opt for printed ones by post or online? I still get mine by post and the last one was the Spring edition, haven't received a Summer one yet either.

I have not yet had my summer edition of Balance, so it is still to come at some point. I don’t know whether there would have been any delay due to Covid. I like finding time to settle down with a cuppa, and still like to have the printed copy.

We have checked with our Balance team and you should have already received the June edition. The next one is due out sometime in September. If possible, can you contact our Helpline on 0345 123 2399 so we can have a look at your record so we can diagnose and resolve the problem.

@SB2015 - If you could also give us a call we can have a look at why you have not received the most recent edition as well.

Hello everyone, thank you for your replies. Just to confirm I have still not received any Balance magazines since I joined. Very disappointed. Will try and contact the Helpline as suggested by Robert.

Sorry to hear this @Ilovecats. I am not sure when the last Balance was sent and the next Balance is due, but I will chase this up for you tomorrow.
 
I haven’t got mine either. TBF I never know when it’s due.

And at some point I received a copy of balance entitled ‘Summer 2020’

Might be worth you ringing the helpline too?

Hello ilovecats

I heard back and it seems that it was just unfortunate timing. the mailing for the Summer issue was compiled and sent at the beginning of June, so folks who joined at the end of May could have just missed the cut.

The next issue is due to be sent out in September, so hopefully you will get your copy shortly. You shoild have received a ‘welcome pack’ with a mini Balance sample in it, I believe?

Doesn’t explain yours @SB2015 - hopefully you will get a September issue too!
