Hi Mark
Just see your testing results over the year (in you sig). How extreme has your diet been????? what diet have you been doing?
Cheers Gary
Sorry for the late reply. Haven't been on here much over Christmas. I don't do diabetes at Christmas.:D Anyway, I follow a low carb diet, so I have vastly reduced the amount of bread, rice, pasta & potatoes I have. Also cut out the obvious things such as sugar, cakes & puddings. I have increased my (good) fat intake a bit which helps keep me feeling full. This is things such as real butter, cheese & cream. I never go hungry & the weight is still dropping off (it's slowed down now but i'm now my ideal weight. Well, I was before the Christmas treats:D).
