Hi Debs, welcome to the forum 🙂 Have you been diagnosed long, and are you on any medication for your diabetes? I would highly recommend reading Jennifer's Advice and Maggie Davey's letter. These might help you to get a better understanding of your diabetes and how to control things better 🙂 Do you test your levels before and after eating?
Thank you for responding. I have been diagnosed for about 4 yrs. I take 11 tabs every morning. 2 fluoxetine (panic attacks) 4 metformin 1 simvastatin (cholesterol) 1 amlodopene (blood pressure) 1rampipril (blood pressure) 1 gliclazide (diabetes)
