Welcome @Vicky larter 🙂 It’s never too late. Tell us a little bit more about your diabetes, eg any medication you take, if you test your own blood sugar, and what you’re finding hard.

Welcome to the forum @Vicky larter

As @Inka says, it’s always a good time to try to improve your diabetes management. And no small improvements are wasted - everything is worth it!

Diabetes can be a sneaky so and so… it will let you just carry on as you are without necessarily letting you know what is going on behind the scenes, then one day you could get a real bump.

So the best bet is to do whatever you can, day by day, and moment by moment, to improve your diabetes management, and keep your levels pottering along.

There are lots of helpful hints in the Learning Zone if you want to build on your knowledge - but sometimes the best bet is to just start where you are and make small, gradual, sustainable improvements from there 🙂
