This may be a very silly question but do the bottles of vanilla extract, orange extract etc contain carbs etc 😳x

They may but if you are using a tiny amount eg the amount to flavour a cake, I wouldn't worry. Have you got a phone that downloads apps? If yes I would suggest downloading MyFitnessPal it has the carbs for almost everything and you can scan items into it to check the nutritional value, including carbs.

It would only be like 1/2 teaspoon I was using and yes I do have a smartphone, I've used my fitness pal on the laptop but it sometimes gives out the wrong information I've noticed, I didn't know you could scan the stuff though, I will give it a go when I get internet back on my phone next month as had updates to do that ate about half of my data haha, only got it the other weekend as well x

Unless you're drinking a whole bottle you don't need to worry about the carb content. And if you're drinking a whole bottle there's definitely more to worry about than a few carbs :D 😛

I used to be bad for adding it to a cup of milk haha, god how I miss a cup of crusha etc haha x

Crusha is hardly 'anything EXTRACT' Kay! 99% sugar I should think - and did make bostin' milk shakes. Neat Crusha (pineapple usually for me as a kid) in a tub of vanilla from the local (home made on the premises) ice-cream parlour was a REAL treat. Only used to charge a ha'penny extra for the Crusha too!

I wasn't meaning that haha, but I used to add vanilla extract to a cup of milk and heat it up but before that I was mad on crusha x
